The Prada Group has launched three new talent training and promotion programmes in the field of diversity, equity and inclusion, aiming to develop this area both within the business and in the fashion sector as a whole:
- GENERATION PRADA: a programme that seeks to offer educational and professional experience to the next generation of leaders and to broaden the company’s search for and recruitment of new talent. Prada chose ten people from the over 400 applications it received this year to follow a training course within the Corporate and Retail teams.
- PRADA GROUP X FASHION INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (FIT): a scholarship created in partnership with the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, awarded to its two best students looking for a career in fashion.
- PRADA DE&I SPEAKER SERIES: a series of conversations that highlight a range of experiences – both from within the group and outside the company – and encourage employees to think about a wide range of subjects connected to diversity, equity and inclusion, through the sharing of people’s personal stories.
