The project is dedicated to all Prada Group employees.
The main goal is to engage the entire Prada Group community around our values throughout internal platforms, strengthening the sense of belonging to the Company.
Why Drivers of Change:
The name of the initiative is inspired by the vision of our two CEOs Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli, who – explaining their approach towards fashion and business – stated how important is to actively contribute, with daily tangible actions, to the development of our society.
In the upcoming weeks, an engaging editorial plan will be unveiled to stimulate dialogue and share suggestions and ideas.
