Spring skies, hot-air balloons on the horizon and adorable chicks provided the inspiration for Marchesi 1824’s Easter collection of sweet treats. The central elements of the collection were classic dark, milk or white chocolate eggs in various sizes, with the option of personalised surprises inside, and unique, handmade items decorated with royal icing and sugar paste icing. The Marchesi 1824 Colomba, a traditional Italian Easter cake, essential part of the collection, was again available either in a classic style or enhanced with original hand-drawn royal icing decorations.
