A new pop-up dedicated to Pradamalia, the family of tricks developed recently at the imaginary and futuristic Prada Labs, has been set up for the Christmas holidays at The Stage in the Isetan Shinjuku Department Store, one of the main centres of luxury shopping in Tokyo.
The creatures on display, small in stature and mostly made from metal, are presented in serial repetition on monochrome walls in the classic ‘Prada green’ colour. Meanwhile, giant, brightly coloured and animated versions of the tricks invade the space and are used to display Prada products.
The furnishing is rounded off with a black and white chequered carpet floor, inspired by the historic Prada shop in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan.
From 14 to 21 November.
