The Prada Group’s online eyewear platforms now feature Virtual Try On (VTO) technology, a cutting-edge tool that allows people to try glasses on virtually using augmented reality. The aim is to improve the eyewear shopping experience, and so drive online sales. Priority has been given to the models in the new collection and the new colour variants of existing Prada men’s, women’s and Linea Rossa and Miu Miu models. VTO technology is currently available on prada.com and miumiu.com in Europe, the USA and Canada, and will be extended globally in the next few months.
