The Prada Holiday 2020 campaign is based on an original short story by writer Candice Carty-Williams, uses cinematic style and language to narrate an as-yet-unresolved mystery. Filmed in Villa Gnutti, an Italian location made famous by Helmut Newton in 1981, the images, like frames from a film noir, tell fragments of a story that will soon be revealed, offering numerous different perspectives on the stars of the campaign: Prada accessories, jewellery and leather goods. The tale was launched on 2 November at prada.com and on the brand’s social media channels, and will continue online, with plenty of twists and turns along the way.
