Marron glacé, candied chestnut cake and alkekengi covered in dark chocolate are just some of the treats on offer at Marchesi for the autumn months.
In addition, there is the Mont Blanc, a traditional dessert linked to the chestnut season and made following a classic Piedmont recipe: chestnut crème bavaroise and Chantilly cream combined with candied chestnuts.
