The Prada Group has rewarded the professionalism of Prada and Miu Miu’s Top Sellers for the second year running, targeting the retail staff that achieved high sales volumes in their markets and exceeded expectations on parameters including cross selling, units per transaction and customer loyalty. Eleven Prada menswear and womenswear sellers and nine Miu Miu retailers from across the world were invited to Italy to learn more about the Prada Group, the importance of its commercial and industrial premises, the people who work at the company and its history. Participants were given the opportunity to get to know master craftsmen and some of the group’s leading managers and to visit the manufacturing sites in Tuscany and the shops in Milan, as well as being given a guided tour of the Fondazione Prada.
This initiative aims to recognise excellence among sellers, strengthen their sense of belonging to the company and promote the group’s objectives.
