On June 7th 2024, Prada re-opens its boutique located in the prestigious location of East Hampton, New York, at 2 Newton Lane.
The building is elegant in keeping with its surroundings, while the interior, framed by a sequence of large windows, reveals an original space of 1600 square feet.
For 2024 the concept is inspired by colors and a lively atmosphere: featuring an ivory-and-red striped carpet and walls with the same graphic.
The surfaces are defined by a sequence of alternating stripes in contrasting colors, while a neon sign provides a fresh interpretation of the iconic Prada triangle logo.
The store, which houses the men’s and women’s collections of ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear and accessories, also presents the Prada May Issue 2024 collection.
The offering comprises delicate garments in refined materials with a multifaceted aesthetic. Paired with knitwear, these styles include skirts and tops, as well as dresses and swimwear, either covered with sophisticated floral motifs or boasting various pastel hues and neutral tones. An assortment of crocheted designs and wicker bucket bags are also on display. Women’s outfits are punctuated by sandals, in an array of prints and colorways.
The men’s ready-to-wear selection is characterized by denim, poplin, and canvas garments in natural shades ranging from khaki to mineral tones, light hues including sky blue and cream, and brighter colors. Crocheted bags are available in tote or crossbody styles. Warm tones – from cork beige to tobacco brown – enrich the color palette seen on the fabric and leather bags. The footwear selection includes loafers and cage sandals, plus sneakers in a range of new hues.
