Church’s presents The Crown Collection, a new series of exceptional shoes showcases centuries of traditional shoemaking.
The event has been done in the exclusive location of The Ned London, a restored building that echoes Church’s focus on heritage and exceptional craft.
The venue is a former Midland Bank headquarters and features wood-paneled rooms decorated with vintage chandeliers, rich drapery, paintings and lithographs. Friends, press and talented people from across the worlds of entertainment and business have been invited to a shoe exhibition displayed in the hotel’s The Saloon.
The four formal men’s shoe styles: the Hampstead, Notting Hill, Mayfair and Belgravia presented during the evening, will be unveiled to the public on the 10th of December.
During the evening Church’s hosted an elegant sit-down dinner in the hotel’s The Tapestry room, where the historic decor will be paired with tablescapes that celebrate British heritage.
Celebrities and actors have been attended to celebrate this new collection: Charlie Casely-Hayford, César Domboy, Paapa Essiedu, Eleanor Fletcher, Jack Fox, William Franklyn-Miller, William Gao, Cyrill Ibrahim, Harry Lawtey, Ed McVey, Sean Teale.
