From 2nd to 29th September, Prada presents two new pop-up stores at Harrods, dedicated to an exclusive selection of ready-to-wear and accessories from the Prada Fall/Winter 2023 womenswear collection.
The project takes inspiration from the Prada FW23 advertising campaign In Conversation with a Flower and includes two pop-ups, customization of 21 windows, the scaffolding on the Brompton Road façade and a large central banner printed with huge, brightly coloured flowers recalling the campaign.
The windows facing Brompton Road and Hans Crescent present the exclusive range of products in an ethereal and stylish atmosphere, set against an illuminated iconic Prada green backdrop. Special mannequins create a sort of dialogue with oversized flowers, while bags and accessories are displayed on slender display units evoking plant stems.
The two pop-up stores are furnished with iconic items from the Prada universe, including a checkered floor in a neutral palette, green walls that create a sense of continuity between the inside and outside, and gold Prada logos on the windows. These are joined by large flowers on stems, positioned near refined yet functional pieces of furniture: various shapes and sizes of folding screen, used to display the products, and tables and chairs with an original Brazilian design.
