The logistics hub in Levanella, designed by architect Guido Canali and whose construction began in 2016, has fully been completed in July 2023 with the construction of the last building for the logistics offices, covering a total of 44,000 square meters of built-up area and 42,000 square meters of green space.
At the same time, the FTV system in Building 3 was completed, which transmits generated power to the adjacent old logistics center via an underground power line.
This plant has a capacity of 900,000 kilowatt hours per year, allowing optimization of energy consumption, reduction of consumption from the national grid and promotion of the company’s sustainability through a significant reduction in CO2 (600 tons/year).
