The project’s aim is to make employees true Drivers of the Change within the Prada Group. Every year, we will listen to proposals and ideas on new Company’ initiatives, select the best ones and build a survey to let you vote which one will be implemented. For this reason, we will keep:

- continuing to organize webinars and training activities after the Summer pause, to involve every one of us in a deeper way.
