January 2022 marks the start of the worldwide roll out of the Client Journey project, a newly redesigned Client-centric approach for Prada and Miu Miu. At the core of this new approach we introduced our Group and Brands DNA, supported by our ‘Human Touch’ pillars – Empathy, Warmth, Passion, Proactivity – which will allow us to build long-lasting relationships with our customers, and to connect with them on an emotional and increasingly personal level.
