On Friday 17 September, Fondazione Prada’s Torre restaurant hosted a four-hand dinner prepared by Lorenzo Lunghi – chef of the Torre restaurant – and Michele Lazzarini – Head Chef of the St. Hubertus restaurant in San Cassiano – who presented a six-course menu combining Lunghi’s cuisine, inspired by Italian regional traditions, with Lazzarini’s proposal, tied to mountain cuisine. This appointment is an anticipation of the third edition of “CARE’s Chef Under 30”, the project that invites national and international under 30 chefs to present at Ristorante Torre a menu inspired by the gastronomic identity of their country of origin for two weeks each at Ristorante Torre. The initiative is realized in collaboration with three-star Michelin and Green Star for Sustainability chef Norbert Niederkofler and Paolo Ferretti, both founders of “CARE’s – The Ethical Chef Days” the project had been interrupted for two years due to restrictions caused by Covid 19.
