A new chapter has begun in the partnership between Prada and adidas with the launch of a new version of the iconic Superstar sneakers, providing a modern makeover to a timeless design. This unisex shoe pairs the sporty tradition of adidas with Prada’s high-quality leatherworking, and is available in black, black and white and silver and white. The digital advertising campaign developed by the two brands depicts a fantasy and surreal reimagining of the manufacturing process, featuring an oversized Prada Superstar sneaker that contrasts with the miniature production facilities. Playing with the proportions in this way amplifies and emphasises the sneaker’s identity, highlighting its key design features: the three stripes, the trefoil, the rubber shell toecap and the addition of the double Prada and adidas Originals logo.
