“Shaping a Sustainable Multilateralism” is the fourth edition of the “Shaping a Future” series of conferences promoted by Prada Group – with the aim to exploring the different aspects of the evolution of the society – held on 1st September 2020 at Ca’ Corner della Regina – the Venetian headquarters of Fondazione Prada. This edition’s debates, introduced by Chairman of Prada Group Carlo Mazzi, was part of a two-day-event promoted by the newly constituted Soft Power Club, a private organization aiming at promoting cultural diplomacy and multilateral relationships among members of the public and private sector for the progress of society. Speakers discussed how sustainability, as a cultural lever, could be the engine to develop multilateral relationships and agreements. International speakers from the academic world, public institutions and business world participated, amongst whom Mariarosa Cutillo – Chief of Strategic Partnerships (UNFPA – United Nations Population Fund)-, Stefano Patuanelli – Minister of Economic Development -, Francesco Rutelli – President ANICA (Italian Association of Cinema, Audiovisual and Multimedia Companies) and Soft Power Club -, Ana Luiza M. Thompson-Flores – Director UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science and Culture in Europe (Venice).
