A debate on the impact of narrative change on society through storytelling and images was held on February 11th, at the Prada Beverly Hills Epicenter, on the occasion of the international contemporary Frieze Art Fair in Los Angeles.
An high cultural conversation featured Willis Thomas – American conceptual artist – and Sarah Lewis – associate professor of Harvard and member of Prada’s Diversity and Inclusion Council -, moderated by Bettina Korek, executive director of Frieze Los Angeles. The event, followed by a cocktail, was attended by numerous guests from the art world including Leah Lembeck (curator of LACMA), Hans Ulrich Obrist (artistic director of Serpentine Galleries), Rani Singh (curator Gagosian Gallery), Sonya Roth (Managing Director Christie’s LA), Matthew Slotover (co-founder of Frieze) and Victoria Siddall (Global Director Frieze).
