The fourth iteration of Prada Mode – the travelling private club dedicated to contemporary culture that provides guests with access to art events, musical performances, dining and cultural conversations – will be held in Paris on 19 and 20 January 2020, at the start of Paris Haute Couture. It will take place at the legendary restaurant Maxim’s, founded in 1893 and a symbol of the Belle Époque, whose rooms have been redesigned by Kate Crawford and Trevor Paglen – the duo behind the Training Humans photo exhibition – in an installation entitled Making Faces, which includes art projects focusing on data gathering, surveillance and facial recognition.
Just like the previous events in the series (Miami, Hong Kong and London) guests at Prada Mode Paris will enjoy unique experiences ranging from art installations and parties with live music to speciality dining and original cocktails.
