Prada Alexandra House in Hong Kong is the first store in the world to have received “Gold LEED” certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) – the American system for classifying energy efficiency and the environmental footprint of buildings which promotes a sustainability-focused approach – under the new v4.1 O+M protocol for retail stores already open.
