Killian Crowley, currently chef at restaurant Aniar in Galway (Ireland) is bringing a tasting menu comprising the four-course menu that best represent his culinary identity to the “CARE’S Chef Under 30” project. Considered one of the most renowned young Irish chefs, Killian Crowley has improved his training in well-established restaurants and Michelin-starred kitchens and with successful chefs as Alain Ducasse and Christophe Hardiquest. He works closely with local farmers, breeders and fishermen and utilises mainly local ingredients in his cuisine.
