Church’s presented its new St. James footwear range during Milan Fashion Week Men’s with an original installation in the heart of Brera, the city’s artistic and creative district. Inspired by St. James leather, exclusive to the brand, the collection pairs classic Church’s models like the Chetwynd and Consul with innovative forms, such as the innovative Clatford loafers with a double buckle. As ever, the concept for the installation was based on the brand’s heritage and on the aim of recreating a British atmosphere in Milan, drawing inspiration from the Notting Hill district of London and its quintessential houses with colourful front doors.
The event, which attracted a great deal of interest from buyers and media representatives alike, ended with a cocktail party for a select group of the brand’s VICs, who were also invited to look round the installation.
