The Prada Group has launched its new page on LinkedIn, the social network dedicated to the world of work with over 500 million users worldwide and with New York, Paris, London and Milan among the best-connected areas. The first signs are positive, both in terms of feedback from users of the platform and from the results of the updates, managed internally by a team made up of staff from the HR and Communication departments: in the page’s first month online it received over 750,000 views, 19,000 clicks, 5.200 ‘likes’ and over 400 ‘shares’. As of today, the Prada Group’s LinkedIn profile has over 330,000 followers and, with ongoing updates to various sections to ensure it remains relevant, it aims to grow exponentially both in terms of the number of users and its interactivity. The posts focus on various themes, including company initiatives, sustainability, the group’s sites (the video on the ‘garden factory’ in Valvigna has currently accrued over 1,200 ‘likes’ and almost 55,000 views), products and employer branding. The aim is to reinforce the Prada Group’s presence on LinkedIn, making it not only one of the group’s main staff recruitment channels worldwide, but also a way of communicating its initiatives and projects to a professional audience.
