プラダは先ごろ上海にオープンした歴史的建造物 Prada Rong Zhai(NL #15参照)でプラダ財団による展覧会『Roma 1950 – 1965』を開催します。
ジェルマーノ・チェラントのキュレーションによるこの展覧会は、第二次世界大戦後にイタリアの首都に花開いた生き生きとしたアートシーンを探訪し、そしてその15年間に、この都市がイタリアの文化と映画産業において担った重要な役割を解明します。
『Roma 1950 – 1965』では、カルラ・アッカルディ、アルベルト・ブッリ、ジュゼッペ・カポグロッシ、エットーレ・コッラ、ピエロ・ドラツィオ、ガストン・ノヴェリなど、当時のイタリア人芸術家の絵画と彫刻あわせて30点以上の作品を展示します。オープニングは3月22日、一般公開は3月23日から5月27日までです。
3月22日、Rong Zhaiでカクテルレセプションが行われました。アーティストのZhou Tiehai、Lin Tianmao、Zhang Peili、上海ビエンナーレのディレクターを務めるGong Yan、キュレーターのFrancesco Bonami、Fei Dawei、Art021創設者のKylie Ying、四方当代美術館の創設者Lu Xun、コレクターのQiao Zhibing、女優のTan Zhuoなどが来場しました。
