Restaurant Torre presents the project ‘CARE’s Chef under 30’: throughout the year, four talented chefs under the age of thirty from around the world will propose, in two weeks, a menu of typical dishes from their home countries, in line with the principles of an ethical and sustainable cuisine.
The project, conceived by Paolo Ferretti and the chef Norbert Niederkofler –three Michelin stars – in collaboration with restaurant Torre, was inaugurated on the 18 May with the twenty-eight years old Ben Marks, Head Chef at Perilla restaurant in Newington Green (London).
